The 2022 Academic Forum on Advanced Manufacturing and Intelligent Technology
On March 6, 2022, the Academic Committee Meeting and the 2022 Academic Forum on Advanced Manufacturing and Intelligent Technology of the Key Laboratory of Advanced Manufacturing and Intelligent Technology, Ministry of Education, were held at the West Campus of Harbin University of Science and Technology, combining both online and offline formats. The Academic Committee Meeting was presided over by Director Shouqiang Kang and Academician Zongquan Deng. Xia Liu, the Principal, and Xianli Liu, the Director, introduced the university and the laboratory’s status, respectively, and the committee members affirmed the progress of the laboratory and offered suggestions.
The 2022 Academic Forum on Advanced Manufacturing and Intelligent Technology was chaired by Professor Xianli Liu and Professor Bin Jiang, with several experts in the field invited to give keynote speeches. The content focused on the research directions of the key laboratory, covering the latest academic developments and typical cases in the field of advanced manufacturing and intelligent technology, attracting over 1,200 viewers through live streaming.
The convening of the meeting and forum not only enhanced the academic atmosphere but also strengthened ties with experts and institutions in the field, clarifying the direction for the future development of the laboratory. Subsequent actions include organizing academic lectures and conducting on-site research visits, aimed at improving the laboratory’s research capabilities and technology transfer capabilities, in preparation for the periodic assessment by the Ministry of Education.
